A law firm seeks a skilled Commercial and Securities Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Duties

• Collaborate with top litigators on sophisticated commercial and securities litigation cases.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and various arbitration forums, including AAA and FINRA.
• Draft high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Engage in advocacy opportunities such as hearings, depositions, and arbitration.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of relevant commercial/business litigation experience.
• Specific experience in securities litigation and arbitration is a plus.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of Texas law and federal and state rules of procedure and evidence.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
