Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Lincoln, Nebraska. The successful candidate will advocate for injured clients, manage personal injury cases, and achieve exceptional results through litigation and negotiation.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence.
  • Manage a caseload from consultation to resolution.
  • Draft and file legal documents.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and/or Kansas.
  • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with case management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with complex personal injury cases.
  • Trial experience with demonstrable success.
  • Record of community involvement and leadership.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
