Tax Credit Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of tax credit experience, with a focus on real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
• Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
• Conduct legal research and draft related documents.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
• Experience with New Markets Tax Credits preferred.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
