The role involves managing complex U.S. and international trademark portfolios and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. Location

Duties

• Manage and advise on U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Conduct high-level trademark clearance and prosecution

• Draft and file applications and office action responses

• Guide clients through trademark enforcement and protection strategies

• Provide counsel to clients, including those in the entertainment industry

• Maintain an organized, high-volume docket efficiently

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple office locations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trademark law, with emphasis on clearance and prosecution

• Bilingual fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish

• Experience handling complex trademark matters domestically and internationally

• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Member in good standing with the relevant state bar

Skills

• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international trademark law and procedures

• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing capabilities

• Strong bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English)

• Client advisory experience, preferably including entertainment and media industries

• Attention to detail, time management, and organization
