Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Innovation Attorney for its Litigation and Intellectual Property business units in Boston, MA, with consideration for 100% remote locations within the US. The role supports the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology.

Duties

• Lead projects to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies.
• Coordinate and support technology integration, including generative AI.
• Serve as a resource for practice resource questions and issues.
• Develop and improve client-facing solutions and practice content.
• Educate legal professionals on technology and practice content.
• Collaborate on onboarding and design of matter management workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience as a litigation or IP attorney in a large law firm.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

• Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
