Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group, focusing on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. This position is open to any office in the United States.

Duties

Requirements

• 5-9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
• Experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities preferred.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
