Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation Attorney to join its established practice in Naples, Florida. This strategic role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and leadership of the firm's Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation group.

Duties

  • Provide counsel in estate planning, wealth transfer, and related matters.
  • Manage and grow an existing book of business.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance the Trusts & Estates group.
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills and trust agreements.
  • Engage in direct and frequent client interaction.
  • Counsel fiduciaries in estate and trust administration.
  • Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
  • Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing.
  • Support litigation in matters related to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in trusts and estates law.
  • Success in managing complex estate planning matters.
  • Established and portable book of business.
  • Strong leadership potential.
  • Reside in or willing to relocate to Naples, Florida.
  • On-site attendance required; remote work not available.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar membership.
