Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with sophisticated owners, investors, operators, and developers.
• Familiarity with transaction lifecycle and document review.

• Professionalism in client and investor engagement.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission in California.
