Associate Attorney

Harker Heights office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing assigned matters from inception through closing, including preparing documentation for entity formation and equity sharing arrangements; researching and analyzing issues pertaining to relevant State and Federal Regulations, conducting due diligence; reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, compliance programs; and preparing opinions and consultations. Correspond and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.

The candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, experience with entity formation and corporate documents, and have the ability to work as a part of a team.
