A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Lisle, IL. Duties

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Assist with trust administration and estate settlement matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies.
• Coordinate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of estate planning experience.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.

Skills

• Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning software preferred.
• Exposure to advanced planning techniques, such as irrevocable trusts and tax planning strategies, is a plus.
