Duties

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Engage with federal and state agencies on regulatory issues.
• Handle water rights and permitting reviews.
• Defend litigation on federal and state permits.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in environmental law or general litigation.
• Interest in mining and water rights; training provided.
• Experience in administrative litigation and regulatory matters is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel under pressure and meet demanding schedules.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Montana or eligibility to waive in.
