Manage individual litigation cases from inception to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs
Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy
Take and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses
Appear in court for hearings, motion practice, and trials
Collaborate with partners and other team members on complex litigation matters
Lead communications with clients, providing timely updates and strategic guidance
Participate in trial preparation and assist in courtroom litigation as needed
Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
Background in product liability or complex tort defense preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters
Experience with depositions, motion practice, and client communications
Strong litigation and trial preparation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license and in good standing with New Mexico
Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills
