Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent property owners and investors in complex real estate transactions.
  • Handle acquisition, mezzanine, construction financings, and loan modifications.
  • Draft and review core transaction documents.
  • Manage transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in real estate debt transactions.
  • Experience with institutional lenders, private equity, and developers.
  • Ability to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
