A law firm in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a talented Transactional Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle various transactional work, including corporate, M&A, real estate transactions, and estate planning.

Duties:

  • Handle general corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
  • Manage real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Provide estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft agreements, and negotiate terms for various transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory matters related to business operations and transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling corporate transactions, M&A, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate law, and estate planning principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management.
