Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation or arbitration.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with trials and/or final hearings.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Graduated from a top-tier law school or ranked highly in law school class.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission or eligibility.

Skills

• Self-starter with a penchant for sophisticated casework.
• Interest in international disputes is a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience is advantageous.
