Litigation Associate (Warranty)

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join its practice in San Francisco, CA. The Associate will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be local to San Francisco and active members of the CA bar.

Duties

• Defend clients in warranty litigation cases.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including motion practice and depositions.
• Engage in mediation and negotiation processes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Experience in trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the California Bar.
