Duties

  • Develop estate preservation and planning strategies for clients.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in trusts and estates.
  • Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.
