Duties

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in financing transactions.
• Engage in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Handle real estate leasing, development, and management tasks.
• Manage debt and equity financings.

Requirements

• Two to eight years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• California State Bar admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.

• Proficiency in handling complex real estate transactions.
