Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time associate litigation attorney in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of civil litigation experience and be well-versed in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This role requires strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Duties

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions.
  • Draft pleadings, including dispositive motions.
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery.
  • Attend hearings and participate in trials.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and in good standing.
  • Experience in insurance defense and construction defect litigation preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Judge's Clerk is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed attorney in Colorado.
