Job Overview

A law firm seeks a lawyer to join its Product Liability and Consumer Disputes team with location flexibility across Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in regulatory compliance and product safety.

Duties

• Advise on product development, testing, and standards compliance.
• Manage national and international product recalls.
• Provide guidance on laws and regulations impacting retail and consumer markets.
• Represent clients in federal and state enforcement actions and investigations.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, and consumer protection laws.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory matters and compliance investigations.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.
