A law firm seeks a seasoned real estate transactions attorney in Florida with at least ten years of commercial experience in complex multifamily developments financed by bonds, tax credits, and conventional debt. The role demands proficiency in title and survey matters and the ability to produce high volumes of documents both collaboratively and independently.

Duties

  • Structure and negotiate commercial real estate development deals, including bond and tax-credit financings.

  • Resolve title and survey issues to ensure clear property interests.

  • Draft, review, and manage transactional documents with precision and speed.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in multifamily development financing structures.

  • Proven ability to address complex title and survey challenges.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
