Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Patent Agent for its Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in electrical engineering or computer science and be registered as a Patent Agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Experience with software or electronics is desirable but not required.

Duties

• Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on intellectual property strategies.

Requirements

• Registered as a Patent Agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.

Certifications
