Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Litigation Associate for its Wenatchee, WA office. The candidate should have experience or interest in litigation, focusing on criminal prosecution, real estate, construction, family, commercial, personal injury, and other civil practice areas. Membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association or plans to take the next bar exam is required. The role requires in-office presence, with hybrid work possible as needed.

Duties

  • Draft, analyze, and interpret contracts and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research on complex issues.
  • Assist with discovery processes.
  • Assist with trial preparation and trial.
  • Appear independently for motion practice.
  • Independently perform work to achieve client goals.

Requirements

  • Membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association or plans to take the next bar exam.
  • In-office presence required, with hybrid work possible as needed.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

  • Washington State Bar Association membership.
