  • Divorce and legal separation

  • Property division and complex financial matters

  • Mediation and settlement negotiations

Duties

  • Represent clients in divorce, separation, and dissolution proceedings.

  • Handle custody, visitation, and support matters.

  • Prepare prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

  • Conduct hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

  • Manage discovery, depositions, and financial analysis in contested cases.

  • Advise clients navigating emotionally charged and sensitive issues.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of family law experience.

  • Strong understanding of custody, support, and domestic relations procedures.

  • Courtroom experience and negotiation skills preferred.

  • Compassionate client communication and sound judgment.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
