Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled Real Estate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Health Transactions Practice Group in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves working on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the health care industry.

Duties

  • Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 2 years of legal experience with a strong focus on real estate.
  • Proven expertise in handling complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Collaborative approach and client-service mindset.

Education
