Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct U.S. and international trademark clearance searches and provide strategic opinions.
• Handle trademark prosecution, including filing applications and responding to office actions.
• Assist with brand protection, monitoring, and enforcement activities.
• Advise clients on domain name issues, social media branding, and trademark licensing.
• Engage directly with clients on brand management and anti-counterfeiting efforts.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active Texas state bar license or eligibility to waive in.
• 2-7 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution and portfolio management.
• Experience in TTAB or IP litigation is a plus.
• Strong skills in writing, research, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client matters efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
