Duties

    • Preparing for and appearing at trials, mediations, and hearings

  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding strategy, updates, and trial readiness

  • Collaborate closely with assigned litigation teams including associates and paralegals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation

  • Prior experience in real estate litigation preferred

  • Proven ability to manage litigation independently and as part of a team

  • Strong courtroom advocacy and discovery management experience

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
