Job Overview

Duties

  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and matter management abilities.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas.

Education

  • Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Experience second-chairing complex transactions preferred.
  • Experience in securities is beneficial but not required.
