Draft estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
Handle probate administration and trust administration matters
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
Represent clients in probate and trust-related disputes
Assist with entity formation and maintenance
Review and prepare contracts related to estate and business planning
Collaborate with other attorneys on complex planning and dispute matters
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
Proficiency in preparing foundational estate planning documents
Familiarity with California probate procedures and laws
Experience in probate and trust litigation preferred but not required
