Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions.
• Oversee all aspects of high-exposure cases.
• Collaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• Five to nine years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
