Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have seven to ten years of experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage a full caseload independently. This role involves representing clients with excellence both in and out of the courtroom and contributing to the firm's growth through community engagement.

Duties

  • Handle a broad caseload with minimal supervision, including legal research and drafting.
  • Advocate for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
  • Argue motions and appear in court on behalf of clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
  • Conduct client consultations and serve as a primary point of contact.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with state and local bar associations.
  • Minimum of seven years of legal experience, preferably in business and real estate.
  • Proven trial, mediation, and arbitration experience.
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Valid Bar license.
