Duties

  • Drive the deal process from due diligence to closing and post-closing activities.
  • Manage wire transfers, closing logistics, and development agreements independently.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of commercial real estate and transactional experience.
  • MD Bar membership in good standing; DC or VA Bar is a plus.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent judgment and client communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar membership in Maryland; additional Bar memberships are advantageous.
