Duties

  • Review full search reports and prepare formal assessments on trademark availability.
  • Prepare preliminary trademark assessments.
  • Oversee paralegals in preparing applications and federal trademark filings.
  • Handle and assist in due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in trademark clearance and prosecution.
  • Excellent communication, writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in copyright prosecution is a plus.
  • Bar admission in NY, CA, or FL is required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
