Duties

• Counsel clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax-aware planning.
• Manage informal and formal probates from petition to final account under the MUPC.
• Represent clients in contested probate and trust matters.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and appear in Probate and Family Court.
• Collaborate with family law, real estate, and business teams.

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Minimum of three years' experience in probate administration and estate planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle conflict.
• Empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency with technology in legal practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
