Duties

Requirements

  • Active law license in the State of Texas.

  • Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collection or litigation experience preferred; industry training provided for the right candidate.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active law license in the State of Texas.
