A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney with at least three years of experience in family law to join their team in California. This full-time, primarily remote position involves working under the supervision of a partner, managing a substantial caseload from initial filing through judgment.

Duties

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and legal briefs.
  • Propound and respond to discovery requests.
  • Draft written correspondence.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and judicial officers.
  • Prepare for trials.
  • Manage cases effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of family law experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
