Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior-mid level Litigation Associate for its McLean, VA office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Duties

• Analyze, research, and draft briefs on complex litigation issues.
• Prepare motions for state and federal court, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
• Participate in trials and hearings, including taking and defending depositions.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Virginia Bar.
• Experience with state and federal court litigation.
• Preferred experience in trials and depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar admission.
