The position supports debt resolution efforts and facilitates communication across stakeholders without requiring court appearances.

Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for debt resolution service providers, addressing inquiries and driving issue resolution.
  • Provide legal support to the debt resolution network, including communication with creditors and their counsel.
  • Review and approve settlement agreements and related legal documents.
  • Manage escalated matters from internal teams and external service providers.
  • Facilitate coordination among attorneys, paralegals, operations teams, and service agents.
  • Provide guidance on legal considerations, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Support training and onboarding efforts, including developing reference materials.
  • Collaborate with management to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.
  • Manage workload and competing priorities while meeting expected turnaround times.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in at least one state.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
