A law firm seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of 20 legal professionals, focusing on detailed case work and client interaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop legal strategies and engage with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals.

Duties

• Develop and execute case strategies.
• Negotiate with insurance companies.
• Communicate empathetically with clients about their cases.
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
• Review medical records and reports.
• Oversee settlement and lien reduction processes.
• Celebrate client victories.

Requirements

• Active Bar License in Missouri and/or Kansas (both preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of legal practice, preferably in personal injury law.
• Experience with client interaction and insurance claim resolution.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar License in Missouri and/or Kansas.
