Duties

  • Manage closing checklists and prepare closing statements.
  • Advise clients on development issues and property-level risk mitigation.
  • Monitor deal timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support clients with portfolio management, including lease amendments and refinancing.
  • Stay updated on real estate law and regulations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Ability to draft precise transactional documents and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.

Skills

  • Experience with development projects and construction lending preferred.
  • Familiarity with multistate or portfolio transactions.
  • Comfort with basic financial modeling or interpreting pro formas.
