Take/defend depositions or prepare deposition outlines or witnesses. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others. Collaborate across various teams. Should preferably have federal or state supreme court clerkship; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced in all phases of discovery.
