Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Construction Associate to join its team, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The candidate must hold a valid Florida bar license and be in good standing. The position is based in Detroit, MI.

Duties

• Engage in courtroom activities, including motion practice and depositions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience.
• Familiarity with construction and/or commercial litigation preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida bar license.
