Duties

• Provide counsel and legal services to clients on litigation matters.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and meetings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and pleadings.
• Draft and analyze legal documents.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Comply with court, state bar, and office policies.

Requirements

• Experience with Indian tribes or tribal entities on various legal issues.
• Familiarity with tribal and federal Indian law.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently for court and client meetings.
• Effective communication skills with clients and legal professionals.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the bar of CO or other state jurisdiction.
