Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Business Real Estate team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will possess litigation experience and demonstrate strong client service skills.

Duties

  • Provide legal representation to clients, assessing facts and issues to counsel appropriately.
  • Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business.
  • Participate in industry organizations and committees to enhance firm visibility.
  • Represent the firm internally and externally.
  • Manage cases from inception to closure with minimal oversight.
  • Support legal and management goals as needed.

Requirements

  • J.D. and active California Bar license.
  • 7+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.
  • Previous litigation experience.
  • Ability to communicate regularly with clients on various topics.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet inflexible deadlines independently and in a team.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate law and trial experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ProLaw or similar billing/document management programs.
