Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload involving injury-related claims from intake through resolution

  • Conduct client consultations and maintain regular, empathetic communication throughout the legal process

  • Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with attention to detail and a persuasive tone

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings as needed

  • Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and other support staff to ensure thorough case preparation

  • Participate in settlement discussions and guide clients through complex negotiations

  • Stay current on relevant statutes, case law, and procedural developments impacting tort and injury litigation

Required Experience & Credentials:

  • Between 1 to 6 years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to bodily injury claims, premises liability, or related areas

  • Active member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing

  • Proven ability to handle cases independently or with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with court rules, litigation deadlines, and client management best practices

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
