Job Overview

A law firm seeks a junior partner-level real estate transactional attorney in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing, and joint ventures. Duties

• Negotiate, revise, and prepare letters of intent, commercial lease agreements, and lease amendments.
• Draft and review loan documents, purchase and sales agreements, and closing documents.
• Advise C-Suite staff on real estate matters.
• Manage a high volume of cases and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements

• Significant experience in real estate transactional law.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of Maryland, with membership in good standing, preferred.
