Duties

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience in litigation.
• Trial experience is essential.
• Good standing reputation in the legal community.
• Licenses or willingness to obtain licenses in North Dakota and Montana.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Dakota or eligibility to obtain.
• Bar admission in Montana or eligibility to obtain.
