Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar license or eligibility for Florida reciprocity.
  • Excellent communicator with a teacher's mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead difficult conversations with empathy.
  • Strong accountability and initiative.
  • Tech-proficient in Google Workspace, CRMs, and legal tech platforms.
  • Reliable personal transportation for travel between office locations.

Education
