Duties

• Manage an independent caseload of workers' compensation cases.
• Conduct general discovery, including depositions and witness interviews.
• Respond to written discovery requests and prepare motions.
• Participate in trial proceedings as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation or defense.
• Strong writing and legal research skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiastic and positive approach; team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
