Duties

• Engage in litigation related to commercial real estate, distressed loans, and financial instruments.
• Draft legal documents including briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with a team to support and grow the national practice.
• Navigate complex legal subject matter efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in complex commercial disputes.
• Significant legal writing experience.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
